At least four luxury rental skyscrapers are planned for Jersey City's Journal Square neighborhood, which is currently composed of primarily low-rise buildings, and middle and working class residents. The exhibition reflects on the visual and social consequences of this "transformative" event. PROJECT STATEMENT
